What paper do you print on?

Premium 300 GSM matte paper with fade-resistant inks. No glare, no cheap shine.

Can you print my own photo?

Yes — that's the custom option. Send the highest resolution version you have and we'll tell you the biggest size it can handle.

Will I see the design first?

Always. Every custom order gets a preview before we print, and small tweaks are free.

Do you do frames?

Not yet. Prints are sized to standard A-series frames if you want to add your own.

Can I return a print?

Custom work can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or misprinted we reprint it free.
